1. Women strength training

Numerous young ladies are terrified when they see strength training and are reluctant to do weight workouts. They are worried about the possibility that that their bodies will develop muscles, which will make their body shape look bulkier and intimidating.

However, there is no need to worry about this. Most exercise regimes and diets are not sufficient to bulk muscles and it is hard to develop muscles, particularly for female exercisers. A huge benefit of gaining lean muscle is increased metabolism so we burn more calories even when we are resting! So let’s consistently go for strength exercises for 45 to 60 minutes every day. Strength exercises need not be complex. With the help of just dumbbells and barbells in our exercises, not only will our bodies become more shapely, but also our moods can be greatly improved.

2. Aerobic exercise

Aerobic training should be included in everyone’s exercise regime. Fats can be burned effectively through aerobic exercise which is what we are aiming for.

So how do you choose aerobic exercises? We can choose our favourite exercise such as running, mountain climbing, swimming, etc. These types of training are beneficial, as long as you like it enough for them to be sustainable in your daily exercise regime.

How long would it be advisable for us to practice each time? A good guideline would be an hour. Do not over exercise as you might end up injuring your body which would hinder your exercise progress. It is important to be consistent in exercise as body transformations occurs over time and not overnight.

3. A balanced diet

As they say, achieving your ideal body type is 30% exercise and 70% diet. I would like to remind everybody that we should eat whatever we feel like despite having a consistent exercise regime.
We should choose more healthy foods in our diet after exercise, such as eggs, chicken breasts, fruits and vegetables. At first, calorie tracking would be ideal to ensure you are not over eating. Eventually, you want to might consider striving towards intuitive eating so as to embrace fitness as a lifestyle rather than just a crash diet.
